We're seeking an ethusaisticand qualified Clinical Nurse.
Responsible for assessment, planning,
implementation and evaluation of high quality, client focused care.
Plans and facilitates client activities in collaboration with
members of the multidisciplinary team.
Provides support and
supervision for other staff.
Liaises with all members of the health
care team, clients and carers.
This position provides nursing care
for patients residing in the Acute Psychiatric Unit.
Area Profile
Midwest Mental Health and
Community Alcohol and Drug Service (MMH&CADS) is a skilled and
dynamic team drawing on a wide range of experience and background
to reflect diversity in cultural, consumer, peer and clinical
perspective to undertake a range of functions which enable and
support Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs service delivery
in the Midwest region and ensure accountability for service
provision.
These functions include strategic planning and service
reform; workforce development; safety, quality and service
improvement; performance monitoring; communication; and cultural
and clinical governance.
MMH&CADS also oversees and provides
direct services delivered by Telehealth.
