We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to oversee all company logistics and inventory operations, processes, and systems. This pivotal role will support the production and sale of MAAP merchandise across our supply chain, warehousing and fulfillment, wholesale, eCommerce, retail, and inventory systems.
THE ROLE
Key responsibilities include:
* Logistics & Inventory Management: Manage global 3PL relationships, monitor inventory movements, drive cost efficiency, control inventory, and develop monthly inventory reporting.
* Systems Implementation & Improvement: Be the Subject Matter Expert for inventory management in NetSuite ERP and develop a 3-5 year strategy for warehousing and logistics.
* Freight Cost Management: Monitor global freight costs, negotiate with providers, manage the Warehousing and Freight costs in the P&L, and ensure timely inbound freight for global launches.
* Operations Oversight: Ensure high-quality management of programs, platforms, systems and activities, supporting strategic growth across B2B and B2C, and overseeing systems integrations and order fulfilment.
* Strategic Execution: Support the VP of Operations and the Leadership Team in executing strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce expenses, and achieve revenue goals.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
* Execute and implement operations strategy.
* Meet SLA targets for order fulfilment and inventory management.
* Meet inventory integrity targets and manage stock auditing.
* Contribute to strategic and business planning and budgeting processes.
* Manage P&L responsibilities and meet financial targets.
* Monitor performance and propose solutions.
* Maintain respectful stakeholder relationships.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualities:
* Significant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehousing.
* Experience managing inventory systems (ERPs, WMSs).
* Tertiary qualification in Inventory, Warehouse & Logistics / Supply Chain (not essential).
* Detailed understanding of stock control principles.
* Ability to manage complexity and change.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with inventory data sets.
* Experience with ERP integrations, EDI, ASN, and ASR.
