Sales Administrator - Real Estate Sales Team
A high-performing and well-established real estate business is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a pivotal role within the sales operation, working closely with Sales Administrators and reporting to the Sales Director to ensure agents are fully supported and sales processes run seamlessly.
You will act as the key coordinator and problem-solver for the team, ensuring Sales Agents have the systems, resources, and administrative support required to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration & Workflow Coordination
* Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Sales Agents.
* Act as the primary liaison between Sales Agents, Sales Administrators, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
* Identify and resolve administrative bottlenecks to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.
Marketing & Listing Coordination
* Coordinate the full listing preparation process including photography, videography, and property staging.
* Ensure all listing and marketing materials are organised and delivered on schedule.
Training & System Support
* Assist with onboarding and training new agents on company processes, CRM systems, and internal platforms.
* Provide ongoing support to the sales team with procedural and system-related queries.
Client & Office Operations
* Provide support for key sales activities such as open homes and client appointments.
* Prepare and manage sales and marketing collateral.
* Assist in maintaining a professional and organised office environment, including managing supplies and supporting daily operations.
About You
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a coordination, administration, or client-facing role.
* Experience within real estate or a sales-driven environment will be highly regarded.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine passion for supporting a team's success.
