We are seeking an exceptional Senior Receptionist to lead our practice's day-to-day operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Practice Manager to achieve operational excellence
* Provide leadership support when the Practice Manager is absent
* Manage clinicians' appointment schedules, including booking and rescheduling
* Patient Experience: greet patients warmly and provide exceptional service
* Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner
* Support healthcare professionals by maintaining accurate clinical records
* Liaise with external providers as required
* Develop and train junior reception staff
* Ensure adherence to best practices and policies
* Provide administrative support and undertake other duties as needed
Requirements
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist in a healthcare setting (general practice preferred)
* Proficiency in medical software and online booking systems (Best Practice preferred)
* Accurate billing skills for Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, HICAPS and Private Health Insurance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and confident demeanor
* Professional presentation and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
* Previous experience with Microsoft Office products is highly regarded
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
