SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Communication skills.
* Clerical skills.
* Previous experience in vehicle registrations preferable.
* Should your duties entail driving a Company or Customers vehicle on public roads you must hold a current Driver license (applicable to types of vehicles being driven).
BASIC FUNCTIONS:
* To act as a representative for the company by presenting yourself in a professional manner.
* Always be courteous to customers and assist in developing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Aid in the management of the delivery process and delivery log.
* Liaise with sales consultants and pre-delivery in relation to vehicles being prepared as promised to customers.
* Keep sales consultants advised through the preparation process.
* If delays are to happen with promised delivery times advise sales consultants.
* Be fully always acquainted with and act in a manner, which supports our philosophy of quality service.
* Assist Stock Control with registrations when required.
* Assist After-Market Consultants with the warranties as required.
* Following up calls to customers to ensure customer satisfaction and quality experience.
