We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Operations Administrator to join our Home Entertainment Team to deliver exceptional customer service and support to our retail customers, consumers, Agency Partners and to our Home Entertainment/Sales Operations Team.

Your key responsibilities will be:
* Respond to email and phone queries from customers on orders and deliveries, liaising with Madman's 3PL warehouse and track and trace follow up.
* Order and return management for AU & NZ customers, including EDI orders and management of various email inboxes.
* Upload New Release product information, including temp and final artwork.
* Provide great administrative support to the Home Entertainment/Sales Operations Team and Agency Partners, including various data entry tasks.
* Assist with office related tasks and queries.
Our preferred candidate will:
* Have 2+ years' experience in a customer service and administration role, including experience with Microsoft office programs
* Be engaging, with the ability to build great customer relationships
* Be confident with a can‐do, hands‐on attitude
* Possess an exceptional eye for detail and is a gun at multi‐tasking
* Be an exceptional communicator - both written and verbal
* Take ownership, work autonomously, and take pride in their responsibilities
