Job Description
SAP Supply Chain Management is seeking an experienced leader to drive sales growth and success as the ANZ Head of Sales. As a people manager, you will support the success of not only your direct reports but also contribute to the overall team's goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, driving, managing, coaching, and developing a team of Solution Sales Executives to consistently attain targeted revenue and profitability goals. Key responsibilities include:
* Participating in recruiting, performance management, training, and coaching of Solution Sales Executives.
* Managing the sales pipeline to ensure attainment of individual and group contributions to established goals.
* Leading business initiatives focused on new and upsell net bookings, cross-sell revenue, and customer adoption.
* Providing feedback to Field Management on engagement levels with the Solution Sales Team.
* Assessing the overall performance of the team regarding goals/KPIs and its own revenue target.
* Collaborating with marketing and field sales management to understand and implement initiatives with Solution Sales requirements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2+ years of experience as a first-line manager of enterprise software sales executives.
* Minimum 5+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience with strong quota attainment history.
* Complex sales engagements and account management in key accounts segments across multiple industries.
* Subject matter expertise in Supply Chain Solutions, including Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing Execution, Logistics, Direct Procurement, and Field Service/Asset Management.
* A proven track record of capturing and growing customer and market share in a profitable manner.
Education and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology).
* Disciplined in sales forecasting, coachable, hungry to win logos, great with PowerPoint and Excel, excellent written communication skills.
