**What does the role involve?**
- Developing, training and motivating your team members to the highest quality and standard
- Using initiative to control, manage and continually improve the quality and efficiency of work in his/her area of responsibility
- Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with other Sections, at both a strategic and operational level
- Accurately reviewing inbound fresh stock for product quality and compliance with company policy and relevant legislation
- Liaising with National Teams regarding Quality Control measures
