**Research Office Associate**

- The Office for Research oversees all aspects of research across The Royal Melbourne Hospital. The Office is a central operating unit located within the dynamic Parkville Precinct in Melbourne. The Office team enjoys a collaborative and inclusive working environment committed to supporting our precinct research community and the patients attending the precinct health services. 
- We are looking for an office associate to support all functional areas of the Office for Research. You will be joining a dynamic team to support our amazing researchers working to make new therapeutic goods available to our health consumers.
**Your new role**:
- Become well versed in regulatory and legal requirements applied to human research ethics, institutional research governance as well as operational compliance in the increasing complex clinical research sector. 
- Actively engage with RMH research personnel and companies that are developing new therapeutic goods in a supportive and service driven context.
**About you**:
- You have an interest in health services and a career in clinical research. 
- You have great interpersonal and customer service skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to service. 
- You are interested in compliance and are not discouraged by process and procedures. 
- You have great attention to detail and are proficient with IT software, including electronic communications and database entry.
