Responsibilities:
* Analyse financial and operational data related to loyalty programs and rewards initiatives.
* Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, processes, and reporting needs.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for rewards programs.
* Assist with system enhancements, testing, and implementation of new processes or tools.
* Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and improved financial insight.
Who You Are:
* Experienced Business Analyst or Financial Analyst with exposure to finance and data-driven projects (retail, consumer, or loyalty programs highly regarded).
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
* Proficient in tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar analytics platforms.
* Excellent communicator who thrives on collaborating across finance, marketing, and technology teams.
* Passionate about using finance and data insights to improve customer experience and drive business outcomes.
