About The Role
* Capable of managing the tender process from start to finish
* Working on newbuild, industrial and refurb projects up to $35mil
* Be responsible for take offs and negotiating with subcontractors
* Receive support from directors of the business
* Develop relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Your Background
* 3+ years industry experience, ideally in the commercial/Fit-out space
* Main Contractor experience is a must
* Understand current rates and costs in the commercial environment
* Ability to communicate with sub-contractors and suppliers
* Eye for detail with take-offs etc
* Technical know-how to develop costings from various levels of documentation
