Near Griffith, New South Wales

Full-time

An exciting time to join Gunn Agri Partners in a senior operational role supporting a newly established platform

Gunn Agri Partners was established in 2013 and provides agricultural investment and farm management services for Australian, North American and European investors.

Gunn Agri Partners manages over $1.2bn of assets and commitments managed across five investment platforms. Gunn Agri manages agriculture assets Australia wide in mixed farming, grains, grass fed protein, tree nuts, stone fruit and natural capital.

Following the establishment of a new platform and operating company investing in high-value horticultural production, land redevelopment and an actively managed water portfolio, we are seeking an Aggregation Manager to lead the operational performance of two farming properties as a combined business unit.

Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, this role is accountable for safe, compliant and profitable operations while contributing operational insight to support strategic planning, asset development and continuous improvement.

The Opportunity

This role combines hands-on operational leadership with strategic contribution, offering real influence across planning, budgeting, asset management and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work closely with internal teams, trusted advisors and external stakeholders to ensure the aggregation performs strongly against production, financial and sustainability objectives.

This role will suit an experienced horticultural aggregation manager who brings strong leadership capability, commercial discipline and a hands-on approach — and who is comfortable operating within an institutional, performance-driven environment.

Opportunity to be based either on farm or potentially off-site near Griffith.
