The Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Health and Safety Leader, you will lead all aspects of HSE across projects in SA and VIC. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with contract conditions, safety standards, and company procedures on all projects.
* Assisting the project leadership team with the implementation, review, and revision of Work Health & Safety Management Plans.
* Ensuring health and safety requirements are incorporated into all projects.
* Leading by example and maintaining a strong culture of safe working practices.
* Reporting on health and safety matters, including incident statistics and monthly summaries.
* Conducting regular site safety inspections.
* Planning and carrying out H&S audits when required.
Requirements
We are looking for an HSE professional with a proven ability to develop and lead safety teams, providing expert guidance to project leadership on WHS requirements. You should have a Certificate IV in WHS and relevant industry experience in the civil or commercial sectors.
