What does a Guidian do?Guidians guide individuals towards achieving their personal goals.
Our multidisciplinary team includes Physios, OTs, Podiatrists, Speech Therapists, Dietitians, and Exercise Physiologists, who provide face-to-face or Telehealth services.
Behind the scenes, support staff enable them to focus on what matters most.
Our approach is personalized, dynamic, and engaging, often incorporating fun competitions and programs that showcase incredible achievements, such as elderly weightlifters, marathoners, and mindfulness groups.
