The company is part of a wider organisation, their network now has of over 7,200 stores, 39,000 employees.Job Role:To deliver excellent customer service whilst balancing customer demands.Pay and Benefits:£12.31 per hour (working hours are 8am - 4pm or 10am - 6pm)Hours: Monday to Friday (Occasional Saturdays)Company Pension up to 5% matchingLife insurance - 3.5 times your salaryWork within a small team (8-9 people)Share Save SchemeQuarterly bonus33 days holiday allowance (incbank holidays)Responsibilities?Sort new orders into frame types and stock / RXUsing glazing start 250 programs, accurately register new glazing orders, P&A's to glazing tray numbers.Contract review and assess all orders and returns for processingEnsure all Tess scanners are calibrated daily and maintained to good working orderUsing Tess scanners, scan new orders, return order frames and paperwork for order entryMonitoring of the dept. reports, monitoring P&A frame reciept, advising management of lab delays and issues adding call log informationOrder package frames from suppliers, logging details and monitoring receiptTo process all manual credits using AS400 and Salesforce toolTo confirm the fax or manual order via AS400To retrieve paperwork and interrogate ordering processTo enter new orders on the ordering systemTo generally assist with administrative duties as directed by the CRM Management teamTo respond and action all expediter cases raised by CRM teams on SalesforceTo liaise with members of the customer service team to prioritise jobs through the factory and to report on potential delaysTo work Saturdays as needed by the business to service business needsMust have Qualifications/Experience:Customer focusedExcellent PC and administration skillGood communication skills - confidentAbility to work as part of a multi-disciplined teamPrevious Experience of having worked in a Customer services environment.Ability to work in a fast paced EnvironmentAttention to detailDESIRABLE:Previous knowledge of working alongside or in a manufacturing environmentUnderstanding of optical principlesOptical glazing experience preferredNext steps:Apply with your CV or make a phone call & ask for Dan in the Nottingham office if you require any further information.
