About the Role

We seek a dedicated Support Worker to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member, you will collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement tailored support plans that enhance daily living experiences for customers with disabilities.

About You

- Hold a current driver's license and first aid certification.

- Be available to work across a 24/7 roster, including sleepovers and active night shifts.

- Demonstrate passion for human rights and creating positive change.

- Show empathy and compassion, with a deep understanding of diverse experiences.

- Possess excellent communication skills to engage effectively with others.

- Be an enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire.

- Hold current or be willing to obtain relevant regulatory requirements, including a NDIS worker screening check.
