What's the role?
As a Senior Manager, Governance & Regulatory Engagement, you will provide best‐practice governance and regulatory engagement support to the COO and Consumer Division. Working across Governance and Regulatory Engagement, you'll support Risk Committees, coordinate regulatory responses, and ensure high‐quality risk and governance items are delivered accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Support governance and secretariat for Consumer Division and COO BCM Risk Committees
* Draft, format and manage Risk Committee and regulatory papers
* Coordinate regulatory responses and engagement across the Consumer Division
* Partner with stakeholders to provide risk and compliance advice
* Promote a strong culture of risk awareness and control
What do I need?
* Over 5+ years of experience in risk, compliance, assurance or legal roles, ideally within a bank
* Strong governance experience (e.g. risk committee papers, regulatory reporting)
* Proven stakeholder management in complex organisations
* Excellent written, verbal and organisational skills
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast‐paced environment
