Part time 32 hours fixed term until June 30, ****
Able to work across St kilda and Parkville locations
$104,135- $107,796 (pro-rata for part time) + salary packaging + super + 5 weeks annual leave

About Cornelia
Cornelia program is a partnership between the Women's Hospital, Launch Housing and Housing First, providing wrap around support to women who are pregnant and homeless in transitional housing for up to 12 months.
About the role
The Cornelia Social worker plays a vital role in supporting women and their babies in the program through individualised case management and group activities.
The social worker is also involved in complex assessments and referrals to specialist community based services such as AOD and Child protection.
A regular day will see you:
Assess and support women and infants during their stay in the Cornelia Program
Liaise with partner organisations, internal hospital programs and external stakeholders
Make referrals to relevant community and health services
Facilitate and organise group activities within the Cornelia program.
About you
We are looking for an experienced social work practitioner able to work in a small multi disciplinary team across the hospital and community sites.
You'll bring with you:
Experience working with women with complex needs in AOD, Mental Health, Family Violence
Experience of working in multidisciplinary teams
Good organisational and written skills
