We're seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Mon-Sunday roster. You'll be working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* To deliver outstanding customer service and ensure that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and empowered
* To use your initiative to resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* To maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions
Requirements:
* A passion for retail and customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
