Opportunity for Business Services Manager to work with large complex tax clients in a small firm environment with big firm progression.
Base pay range : A$120,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr. This range is provided by MW Recruitment. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities
* With support from Partners, be responsible for a portfolio of fees.
* Provide clients with expert strategic advice, innovative solutions and excellent service.
* Review compliance documents, including Income Tax Returns and Financial Statements for all types of entities.
* Engage in tax planning, transactions, succession and some International Tax.
* Oversee and review work completed by junior staff, developing their skills and providing support.
About You
The firm is seeking an individual who possesses the following qualities:
* Demonstrated experience in a Public Practice Accounting firm, including 1-3 years in a managerial position.
* Strong leadership skills, confident and able to delegate work effectively and provide helpful feedback.
* Proactive nature, deadline-focused and target driven.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Keenness to progress with the firm, equity is available.
