If you're passionate about wellness, love working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — this is your sign.As our Customer & Brand Experience Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face (and voice!) of our brand — ensuring customers have a seamless experience and our brand partners feel supported and valued.
You'll manage day-to-day enquiries, coordinate subscription box partnerships, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.Respond to inbound enquiries via email (Gorgias), social media DMs, and phoneTroubleshoot customer concerns and deliver timely resolutionsCommunicate order updates and coordinate refunds, delays, and courier follow-upsTrack and report customer feedback and trends to the team Brand PartnershipsPitch marketing collaborations to leading health & wellness brandsManage supplier relationships, from onboarding to executionCoordinate contracts, product logistics, and monthly partner commsReview product suitability based on dietary standards and customer preferences Operations & AdminSupport corporate accounts and warehouse with returns, replacements, and ad hoc send-outsCreate detailed packing briefs and manage product deliveriesMaintain our customer service manual and process documentationAssist with general admin and reporting tasks1–3+ years in customer service, brand partnerships, or eCommerce coordinationClear communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlinesPassion for health, wellness, and purpose-led business(These aren't deal breakers — but will help you hit the ground running!)Google Drive / Google WorkspaceRecharge (subscription platform)Shopify (eCommerce) What You'll Love About Working With UsWork with a passionate, tight-knit team driven by purposeEnjoy staff discounts on healthy products and subscription boxesGrow with a fast-moving company making a real difference Apply NowIf you're excited about this opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
