Concrete Field Tester Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Concrete Field Tester. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and NATA requirements for sampling and testing of concrete mixes.
Responsibilities include:
* Sampling and testing fresh concrete on construction sites as per Australian standards.
* Collecting concrete test samples from construction sites.
* Assisting lab technicians and carrying out compression and other strength tests on cured concrete specimens in the laboratory.
* Working safely and accurately.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A Queensland driver's licence.
* Previous qualification in Laboratory Techniques or similar.
* Physically fit, able to carry 15 litres of concrete for each test (trolleys can be provided).
