Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa is located on the world-famous Cable Beach in Broome, far north Western Australia. Broome is easily accessible by plane to all major Australian cities and offers a relaxed lifestyle with all the conveniences of shops, restaurants, cinemas, hospital and schools. Our property has 225 rooms of varying styles, 4 restaurants, pool side bars, tour desk, Resort Shop and Day Spa.
We are currently seeking an experienced Bus Driver to join our Concierge team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate must be able to start work at 4:00am.
The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include
* Welcoming guests arriving into Broome airport
* Transporting them to and from the Resort
* Providing tourist and Resort information
* Assisting guests with their luggage
* Ensuring vehicles are kept in a clean, well presented manner
The Successful Applicant Must Have
* Previous experience in a customer service based role
* Previous bus driving experience, preferably within the hospitality industry
* Professional communication skills
* Meticulous presentation & grooming standards
* Ability to work split shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays
* The ability to lift heavy luggage
* Flexible work attitude
* Federal Police Clearance is desirable
* Current Drivers License - Manual LR License with an 'F' endorsement (or higher) is essential
