Senior Account Director Role
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior leadership position in a growing agency. As a Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for leading big-brand campaigns and guiding a team of account service professionals.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in a creative, marketing, or integrated agency, with a proven track record of leading large accounts and multi-channel campaigns. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage resources are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the senior partner for clients, trusted to solve problems and deliver impact
* Leading campaigns from concept through to execution across multiple channels
* Managing and mentoring account service staff, supporting their growth and performance
* Working closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver outstanding work
* Keeping projects on track - managing timelines, ensuring quality
* Identifying opportunities to grow client relationships and accounts
