Government organisation, short term contract, great opportunity
Well known Government organisation looking for a HR Support Officer responsible for providing HR support to the HR team by efficiently coordinating, monitoring, reviewing, and progressing documentation relating to flexible work practices and long-term leave; recruitment, appointments, temporary end dates, separations, and related workforce management functions. Looking to engage someone for 3 weeks starting ASAP.
**Responsibilities**
- Deliver HR administrative support to the HR Manager.
- Investigate, as needed, and address staff enquiries regarding payroll HR matters ensuring the response is timely and accurate.
- Assist in the collating and preparing employment related documentation, contracts, correspondence, reports, presentations and/or publications to provide accurate and timely HR information to internal customers.
- Review and confirm that contract staff invoices are correct.
- Administrative duties, e.g., reconciling invoices, updating spreadsheets, ensuring payments are made accurately and in a timely manner and other duties as required.
**Selection criteria**
- 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Forms.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Relevant HR Qualifications are desired.
