Job Description
As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food experiences to our guests. This role requires a high level of passion, creativity and attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
Our kitchen brigade is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing the highest quality cuisine in a la carte, banquets and breakfast services. You will work closely with our experienced chefs to develop new recipes and menus that showcase the best of Australian produce.
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Chef de Partie who can demonstrate their ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high level of productivity during busy periods.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to meet the expectations of our discerning guests
* Assisting senior chefs in menu planning and development
* Contributing to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment
* Working effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A recognised qualification in culinary arts or equivalent experience
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an a la carte restaurant
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
