The opportunity
This newly created Talent Acquisition Coordinator role sitswithin our TA team and offers genuine breadth and development forsomeone early in their recruitment or HR career.
You'll be involved in the full recruitmentlifecycle—taking briefs from hiring managers, writing andposting ads, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, andsupporting offer processes across technical, clerical, operations,and corporate roles. You'll work closely with TA colleagues andengage directly with stakeholders across the business.
With multiple new locations opening in 2026 and more in thepipeline, you'll be joining at a pivotal growth phase with realopportunity to make an impact.
Beyond day-to-day recruitment, you'll contribute to broader TAinitiatives including our new employer brand rollout, support adhoc HR projects, and provide administrative assistance to ourdoctor accreditation function as needed.

What do you need to be considered?
You will ideally have prior experience in agency or in-houserecruitment (or adjacent HR/coordination roles) looking to build asolid foundation in talent acquisition within a purpose-ledorganisation that's actively scaling.
This role is initially offered as a 6-month contract, withpotential to convert to permanent for strong performers.
