About the role
Our Trade Centres operate differently from retail sites, providing delivery and pick‐up solutions for key building lines and bulk materials to building sites. We partner with commercial customers to manage their projects with a "whole of build" solution.

Responsibilities
* Provide friendly and helpful service to customers, including builders and site supervisors.
* Prepare quotes for site supervisors and estimators.
* Assist customer enquiries over the phone.
* Communicate with sales teams.
* Maintain accurate inventory.
Qualifications
* A genuine passion for customer service.
* An ability to work in and contribute to a team.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of building products and the build process.
* Valuable computer literacy.
