Senior Occupational Therapist | Home-Based | Team Leader Pathway
Our client is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join a respected, community-based NDIS provider supporting adults with physical disabilities.
This home-based service covers client visits between Rockingham and Mandurah, with access to a Fremantle-based office if required.
This opportunity will appeal to clinicians seeking flexibility, autonomy, and the potential to step into a leadership position. The role offers a gradual onboarding program, strong peer support, and scope to progress into a Team Leader role.
What's on Offer
* Salary range of $95,000 to $125,000 + superannuation
* Team Leader pathway available with a salary from $125,000
* Structured onboarding with supervision, systems training, and peer mentoring
* Fully flexible, home-based role with control over scheduling
* $1,000 annual PD allowance, in-service learning days, and peer-led presentations
* Travel reimbursed above the award at $0.99/km

Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
