**About the Opportunity**
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, committed and skilled administration officer to work with the supportive and innovative Mental Health Unit West which is an Acute Inpatient Mental Health Unit at the Liverpool Hospital campus.
The role reports to the Nursing Unit Manager and works with the entire multidisciplinary team to support the operations of the unit and to provide quality mental health care service to our consumers.

**What You'll be Doing**
You will work as part of a small admin team to provide administrative and receptionist support for our dynamic multicultural service. You will be responsible for welcoming clients at our service's front desk and providing administrative support to our clinical teams.
You will have good attention to detail, be a good communicator, and have an interest working with clients from across the world from a refugee-like background.
**Where You'll Be Working**
SWSLHD Inpatient Mental Health Services provide comprehensive care across several facilities, including the newly redeveloped Campbelltown Hospital and Liverpool Hospital. These services offer a safe and therapeutic environment for individuals with acute and non-acute mental health needs.
The multidisciplinary teams, consisting of professionals with diverse mental health expertise, deliver exceptional care through specialised units such as the Mental Health Intensive Care Unit, Adult Acute Unit, and Older People's Mental Health Unit. The service is committed to patient safety and high-quality care, maintaining external accreditation with the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards.

**How to Apply**
- Demonstrated experience in clerical and administrative duties in an environment appropriate to the relevant specialty.
- Demonstrated organisational, ability to prioritise task and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement and problem solve by referencing established methods and procedures.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
