Senior Leadership Position

The Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the centre.


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on collaboration and growth.
* Strategically manage practice finances to ensure optimal performance.
* Maintain clinical standards and optimize stock control.
* Deliver exceptional patient experiences through innovative service approaches.
* Effectively handle administrative tasks and maintain operational efficiency.
* Develop and implement market strategies to promote the practice.
* Recruit, train, and manage staff to meet business objectives.


Requirements:

* Full-time availability (Monday to Friday)
* Proven experience in business and people management
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Superior communication and customer service abilities
* Commercial acumen and confidence in tackling challenging conversations
* P&L management expertise
