About the Role
We are seeking an outstanding Hospital Medical Doctor with a strong interest in engineering.
Someone with a passion for clinical excellence but also a strong desire to build, innovate and lead.
You will join a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment focused on commercialising breakthrough patented healthcare solutions across Australia, New Zealand, and potentially worldwide.
This is not a typical clinical role, it is a rare opportunity to transition from hospital practice into business leadership, innovation and commercialisation.
We will fully sponsor an Executive MBA to fast-track your development into a future CEO/leader within our group.

About You
• Registered Medical Doctor with at least 5 years post-graduate hospital experience.
• A mind equally strong in clinical thinking and engineering-style problem-solving.

• Excellent communication and leadership potential.
• Passionate about innovation, healthcare improvement, and making a real impact.
• Residency or citizenship in Australia or New Zealand.
