Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Retail Supervisor -IGA to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking a customer central and experienced Retail Supervisor to support our retail operations team.
This role will see you optimising the division's efficiency and financial performance by providing objective assessments and advice, while ensuring customer service standards are met and customers are served in a friendly and efficient manner.
Key Duties Manage the day-to-day operations of the relevant department to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time in the right quantity Control the level of, and the reason for, out of stocks within the grocery department Oversee the effective presentation within the grocery department in alignment with Voyages and IGA compliance standards Ensure that the relevant offer available is current, including the selection of new lines sourced from Metcash Distribution and, where necessary, direct suppliers Set an example of professional behaviours, including presentation and conduct, for all team member to follow.
