* Collaborate with Marketing and B2B Sales on client-focused design projects
* Partner with local and offshore manufacturers to deliver on time and to spec
* Present concepts with confidence to internal stakeholders and external partners
* Champion brand consistency across all visual and design outputs
* Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing creative team culture
What You'll Bring
* Degree in Design (Fashion, Apparel or similar) or equivalent experience
* Minimum 5+ years experience in a Senior Design role, ideally in Workwear or Apparel
* Strong technical skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel
* Commercial acumen — you understand RRPs, margins and how to engineer for success
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Experience managing supplier relationships
* Ability to balance creativity with practicality and deadlines
* A collaborative approach with a willingness to mentor and support others
