What we need from you:
* Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Middleware products
* Experience working with Linux and Windows environments
* NV1 Clearance is Must
About the Client:
Our client is a leading professional services firm driving digital, AI, and sustainability transformation across industries with a strong global presence and expertise.
Qualifications & Experience:
* 3 years supporting Oracle Fusion Middleware (IAM, ADF, WebCenter, OSB, BAM) in on-prem/cloud (Azure preferred)
* ITSM/ITIL knowledge; ITIL v4 certified (preferred)
* Experience in Linux/Windows environments
* Basic scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, Java)
* Strong troubleshooting, networking, and security protocol understanding
* Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
* Detail-oriented with focus on quality, security, and improvement
Roles & Responsibilities:
Middleware Administration & Support:
* Support Oracle Fusion Middleware environments
* Perform monitoring, deployments, patching, tuning, backups
* Maintain SUDs/SOPs; troubleshoot production/non-prod issues
Process & Automation:
* Document middleware processes
* Support DevOps/Agile alignment and automation efforts
* Collaborate across infrastructure teams
Security & Compliance:
* Follow security standards and best practices
* Assist in cloud readiness and continuous improvement efforts
