Your Responsibilities
* Build expert product knowledge across our wide range of quality vehicles.
* Understand customer needs and guide them confidently through the purchasing journey.
* Deliver a premium customer experience that builds trust and long-term loyalty.
* Proactively generate leads through enquiries, follow-ups, referrals, and prospecting.
* Work collaboratively to achieve dealership sales, customer satisfaction, and delivery targets.
What We're Looking For
* Sales Experience – Automotive sales experience preferred, especially in used cars.
* Customer-Centric Mindset – You genuinely enjoy helping people find the right car.
* Strong Communication Skills – Confident, engaging, and professional.
* Well-Presented & Brand-Proud – You'll represent Noble Volkswagen with confidence.
* Results-Driven – Motivated to achieve and exceed monthly targets.Valid NSW Driver's Licence – Essential.
* Weekend Availability – Saturdays are an important part of the sales week.
