**Who are we looking for?**
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate Podiatrist to join our growing team. You will bring proven leadership skills and the demonstrated ability to clinically lead and support a team.
In partnership with the Health and Wellness leadership team, you will create a vision that will drive growth and diversification of services offered by the Podiatry team across Aged Care services and portfolios.
Utilising exceptional interpersonal skills, you will clinically develop individual therapists through exposure to best practice, professional development, and support.

**What can you expect to be doing?**
- Assist in the development, implementation and review of clinical frameworks ,policies and practices.
- Assist in the design and delivery of engaging education programs.
- Provide clear, consistent feedback on clinical governance outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide clinical leadership, information and advice that supports the provision of evidence-based high-quality care and services.
- Proactively encourage a team environment and a learning culture.
**What do you need to bring?**
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering education programs to improve clinical outcomes.
- Demonstrable extensive knowledge and experience of Podiatry, practice particularly in aged care, including assessment, diagnoses, and treatment.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills to relate to and be well accepted by customers and staff, including those from a diverse cultural background and experience.
- Proven understanding of the professional standards of both competence and conduct as required by AHPRA.
- Proven written communication skills including the ability to write clear, concise reports and ensure customer documentation is maintained and outcomes - based.
- WH&S knowledge and skills suitable for the position.
