About the role
We want to foster a collaborative team environment and are devoted to empowering our team to provide exceptional patient care.
Successful applicants will perform all aspects of medical reception work involved in the patient pathway: appointment management, phone calls, typing and correspondence, and concierge activities to optimise the patient experience.
Skills and experience
A minimum 2 years' industry experience would be advantageous. Experience with Healthtrack or a similar software program is desirable. Applicants also require:
* Strong interpersonal skills
* A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, as well as having the initiative to work autonomously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient typing and computer skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
