With a solid track record built over many years in the industry, they are now looking to expand their team and seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join their team.Key Responsibilities:Spearhead the development and implementation of health, safety, and emergency management strategies that meet client specifications.Present on HSE related topics at pre-start meetings and Toolbox Meetings as requiredDevelop comprehensive HSE documentation for projects, including risk assessments, HSE Management Plans, SWMS, and site induction materials and training packagesDirect, mentor, and provide guidance to the project health and safety team, ensuring effective supervision and safety oversight.Organize and lead audits, site inspections, and control assessments to ensure compliance and safety standards are met.Facilitate risk assessment workshops and contribute to the creation of construction method statements.Lead thorough investigations into incidents, ensuring all reviews are conducted systematically and effectively.Identify and facilitate training initiatives to enhance team skills and competencies in health and safety practices.Qualifications and Experience:Cert IV Work Health and SafetyPrevious experience in the Civil Construction IndustryExperience on road projects is advantageousCert III Civil Construction (highly regarded)HR license is desirableIf you're keen to embark on a new venture and want to join an industry leader then click APPLY, or for a confidential discussion, or reach out to Meg on 0420 989 409
