Key Responsibilities
* Develop and grow B2B partnerships with independent furniture stores, home & lifestyle retailers, game table shops, gym equipment stores, and similar retail outlets.
* Conduct regular store visits across regional and suburban areas in Australia.
* Present product ranges including furniture, game tables, fitness equipment, and other home lifestyle products.
* Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, quoting, negotiating, and closing deals.
* Work with retailers on product display, merchandising, and promotional activities.
* Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver ongoing account support.
* Meet sales targets and provide weekly activity reports.
* Attend trade shows, local exhibitions, and other sales events when required.
* Act as the key link between customers and internal teams (logistics, customer service, product).
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in field sales, B2B wholesale, or retail account management .
* Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales experience required.
* Experience in any of the following industries is highly desirable:
o Furniture & homewares
o Outdoor & lifestyle products
o Game tables / leisure products
o Fitness equipment / sports equipment
o Large consumer products
* Comfortable with regular regional travel (travel allowance provided).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and territories efficiently.
* Mandarin is highly preferred.
* Valid driver's license.
* Must hold a valid Australian work visa or equivalent work authorisation.
