About the role
We have a full time, permanent opportunity available as a District Sales Manager to be the key contact for our dealership network within their assigned region. This is an integral role responsible for achieving wholesale and retail sales targets, identifying market potential and developing our dealership network.
We're seeking a results-driven professional with proven Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience, capable of building lasting client relationships and driving growth through strategic solutions. You will also be working in line with Telwater's strategic objectives, maximising dealer network engagement and profitability.
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have demonstrated experience working within a dealer and distributor network
* Proven track record of successfully delivering results in a fast paced, and high growth environment
* Experience in the marine, powersports or automotive industry would be advantageous.
* Strong computer skills
* Excellent customer service experience with the ability to navigate through difficult situations
* Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
* Drivers licence is essential, with a Marine licence being highly desirable
This position will work out of our purpose-built factories and office based in the Marine Precinct - Coomera, Gold Coast. Travel throughout our dealership network within Australia is an essential component of the role.
