Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing tailored product recommendations and technical advice, and identifying sales opportunities.
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
* Offer tailored product recommendations based on customer needs
* Provide technical advice and support to customers
* Identify sales opportunities and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
* Process and manage warranty claims, ensuring clear communication across teams
* Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal sales teams
* Maintain and update CRM systems, including warranty processes and sales order entries
* Ensure all sales and customer service activities comply with ISO standards
* Assist with trade shows, product demonstrations, and trade display setups
* Prepare weekly sales reports and monthly warranty summaries
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
* Mechanical aptitude and product installation knowledge
* Highly organized with strong customer relationship skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, technical support, or sales
