What you'll do
Oversee the Clinical Governance activities of the Health Contact Centre (HCC) through the development and implementation of appropriate structures, systems and monitoring processes that will support effective and evidence-based continuous improvements in service quality.
About you
* Appointment to this position requires proof of qualifications as a Medical Practitioner and current registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
* Expertise in leadership in the development, planning, delivery and evaluation of client care activities specific to a contemporary virtual health care environment.
* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to enable effective interaction in varying individual and group situations in a dynamic multi-disciplinary environment.
* Proven initiative in leading innovative quality improvement activities to incorporate best practice research into HCC service delivery.
* Experience in providing leadership in a multi-disciplinary team environment and contributing to clinical practice.
* Ability to adhere to organisational policies and work as a team member to achieve organisational values and goals.
