CLIENT RELATION MANAGER – Indigenous Trusts (Native Title)


Perth-based | Indigenous Trusts & Governance

Make a meaningful impact supporting Indigenous communities through trusted relationships and strong governance.


The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our Native Title Development team in Perth. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on managing relationships with Native Title trusts, Indigenous corporations and community leaders.

With continued growth in Native Title trust appointments, this role plays a critical part in ensuring strong governance, trusted engagement and high-quality outcomes for Indigenous communities. You will own end-to-end client relationships, lead governance discussions and work closely with internal specialists to support effective trustee services.


What You'll Do

* Own and manage key relationships with Native Title trusts and Indigenous governance bodies
* Lead trust meetings, board discussions and community engagement
* Provide governance oversight and relationship leadership across allocated trusts
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure services are delivered effectively
* Contribute to business development activities including pitches and new trust opportunities
* Travel regularly to Indigenous communities across WA and nationally


About You

* Experience in Native Title trusts, Indigenous governance or a closely related sector
* Strong relationship management skills with senior stakeholders and boards
* Confidence leading governance discussions and complex meetings
* Culturally aware, grounded and values driven
* Based in Perth or willing to relocate, with flexibility to travel extensively
