Absolute Health is a well-established multidisciplinary health practice providing Physiotherapy, Chiropractic and Exercise Physiology services across two modern clinics on the Sunshine Coast (Mooloolaba and Nambour). The Role:
We are seeking a full-time Physiotherapist to join our growing team and manage an existing caseload while continuing to build their own patient base. The role is primarily focused on musculoskeletal physiotherapy within a private practice setting.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and provide high-quality, patient-centred care across a diverse range of conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions
* Develop and implement individualised treatment and rehabilitation programs
* Manage a mixed caseload including private patients, EPC/CDM, WorkCover, DVA, NDIS and third-party insurers
* Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
* Collaborate with Chiropractors, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists
* Contribute to ongoing patient education and clinical excellence
* Build and maintain strong patient relationships
* Essential Requirements
* Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
* Current (or eligible for) AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
* Professional indemnity insurance (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience or strong interest in private musculoskeletal practice
* Ability to work independently and manage a full clinical caseload
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable (but not essential):
* Private practice experience
* Vestibular rehabilitation experience or interest (training can be provided)
* Interest in multidisciplinary case management
Salary & Benefits:
* Base salary: $76,000 AUD + superannuation
