Role Description
Oakmont Finance is seeking a full-time Commercial and Home Loan Specialist to join our on-site team in Berwick, VIC. In this role, you will assist clients with securing commercial and home loans by assessing their financial situations, identifying appropriate lending products, and guiding them through the loan application process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, building client relationships, managing loan portfolios, and liaising with financial institutions. Additionally, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and achieving sales goals.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and financial institutions
* Sales expertise, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities into successful outcomes
* Experience in Purchasing and Account Management, with the ability to manage loan portfolios efficiently
* Proficiency in working with financial software and tools is advantageous
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* Solid knowledge of financial products and lending policies relevant to commercial and home loans
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in finance, banking, or a related field are preferred
