Salary range is $72,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year

About The Opportunity
Due to our on-going, consistent growth, we have an exciting opportunities for an experienced
Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
to join our teams.
Become part of a team who are committed to assisting a range of adolescents and adults with various diagnosis and presentations. Grow your career within a collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team and assist clients in improving their overall mental health and well-being.
Some of the key responsibilities in this role will include, but not be limited to:
* Evaluating, developing and delivering evidence-based positive behaviour support plans and interventions
* Conducting a variety of assessments for participants of all ages and all disabilities
* Develop, deliver and monitor interventions and strategies for the management of behaviours of concern
* Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
* Complete reports and work towards goals within the NDIS plans
You will be supported by your respective clinical team leader and work in an interdisciplinary system alongside our dedicated speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, positive behaviour support practitioners and therapy assistants.

About You
The position is suitable for
NDIS Registered Practitioners
who align with our values and have;
* Relevant tertiary qualification
* Assessed by the NDIS at being Core or above as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
* Valid Australian driver's licence
* Unrestricted Australian work rights
Current Or Willing To Obtain
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check
