Job Title: HSEQ Systems Manager
This is a strategic leadership role that oversees and continuously improves the company's HSEQ systems, processes, and culture. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HSEQ legislation, codes, and ISO/OHS management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain the company's HSEQ Management System.
* Conduct internal audits and prepare for external accreditations.
* Drive compliance with HSEQ legislation, codes of practice, and company policies.
* Develop and update safety procedures, policies, and toolbox talks.
* Investigate incidents and hazards, manage corrective actions, and ensure proper reporting.
* Support training and onboarding of staff and subcontractors on all safety-related matters.
* Monitor and lead digital safety platforms.
* Promote and lead a positive safety culture across all levels of the business.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in a safety leadership or systems-based HSEQ role within construction.
* Strong knowledge of HSEQ legislation, codes, and ISO/OHS management systems.
* Demonstrated experience with digital safety platforms and reporting tools.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Cert IV or Diploma in HSEQ.
