We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner (NPI) to join a mining operation, supporting Non-Process Infrastructure assets across site. This role will suit someone with strong planning experience across infrastructure, facilities, and site services, ensuring all maintenance activities are well planned, resourced, and executed efficiently. About the role: • FIFO 8/6 roster from Perth • WA mining operation • Site-based role supporting NPI assets • Immediate start available • Ongoing contract with potential for extension Key responsibilities: • Develop detailed maintenance plans across NPI assets including buildings, utilities, and site infrastructure • Create job plans, work packs, and schedules to support execution teams • Manage backlog, prioritisation, and weekly planning cycles • Coordinate labour, materials, and resources to ensure efficient delivery of work • Liaise with supervisors, trades, and stakeholders to minimise disruption to site operations • Ensure compliance with site safety and maintenance procedures About you: • Previous experience as a Maintenance Planner within mining or heavy industry • Experience working across NPI, facilities, or infrastructure assets (highly regarded) • Strong CMMS experience (e.g. Pronto, SAP, or similar) • Ability to develop detailed work packs and maintenance schedules • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills • High attention to detail and planning discipline If you’re looking for your next opportunity within a well-structured mining environment, apply now or reach out for a confidential discussion.
