They are seeking an experienced real estate professional to join their close-knit team in a leasing-focused role with involvement across a small portfolio of approximately 80 properties. Portfolio of 80 properties leasing properties Well-established agency with a loyal client base Supportive team that genuinely works together Opportunity to utilise both your leasing and property management skills Up to $70,000 Super Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday roster What You'll Be Doing Conducting open for inspections and private inspections Managing leasing enquiries and applications Preparing lease documentation and onboarding new renters Building strong relationships with rental providers and tenants Assisting with the management of a well-maintained residential portfolio Providing exceptional customer service from start to finish Who We're Looking For Previous experience in real estate is essential Exposure to property management Leasing, Property Management, Assistant PM or Property Officer experience highly regarded Strong communication and organisational skills A proactive attitude and genuine passion for helping people Agent's Representative Certificate preferred Driver's licence and reliable vehicle Apply today or reach out for a confidential discussion.
